Kyle Pedersen, MAR

Kyle has worked for CMHC since 2002 and has nearly 20 years experience in community psychiatry in both direct service and program administration, including more than five years as Senior Program Director in the Community Services Network of Greater New Haven. He has helped to launch the Hill Farmers’ Market at CMHC, The Parachute Factory arts program, and the Financial Health Project. Throughout his career he has focused on developing creative and asset based approaches to support individual and community health. Kyle is also an ordained Episcopal deacon and on faculty at the Yale Divinity School in the Office of Supervised Ministries.

Norma Gibson, MA

Norma started her career in education as a Teach for America corps member and taught for four years. Norma graduated from University of Colorado with a Masters of Education in 2013 and graduated from Yale School of Management (SOM) with a Masters in Business Administration in 2017.  Norma has been working for CMHC Foundation in a part-time capacity since 2015.
