CMHC at 60: Celebrate Together

For 60 years, the Connecticut Mental Health Center has brought people and partners together in the community to advance clinical care, research, and education. Join us November 5 and 6 for two special events celebrating CMHC’s history, impact, and future.

On Thursday, November 5, from 5:30–8:30 PM, the CMHC 60th Anniversary Celebration at the New Haven Lawn Club will feature a seated anniversary program followed by a reception with food, live music, and opportunities to connect with colleagues and friends of CMHC. Tickets are $60 per person.

On Friday, November 6, from 10:00–11:45 AM, a special anniversary Grand Rounds, CMHC at 60: Celebrating Innovation, Discovery and Collaboration, will highlight innovative work across the four elements of CMHC’s mission: community, clinical care, research, and education. The program will feature presentations by Emma Lo, MD; Oluwole Jegede, MD, PhD, MPH; Laura Yoviene Sykes, PhD; and Joao P. De Aquino, MD, with Richard Schottenfeld, MD, serving as discussant. Refreshments begin at 9:30 AM. This event is free and open to the public.
