Kyle Pedersen, MAR
Kyle has worked for CMHC since 2002 and has nearly 20 years experience in community psychiatry in both direct service and program administration, including more than five years as Senior Program Director in the Community Services Network of Greater New Haven. He has helped to launch the Hill Farmers’ Market at CMHC, The Parachute Factory arts program, and the Financial Health Project. Throughout his career he has focused on developing creative and asset based approaches to support individual and community health. Kyle is also an ordained Episcopal deacon and on faculty at the Yale Divinity School in the Office of Supervised Ministries.
Norma Gibson, MA
Norma started her career in education as a Teach for America corps member. After teaching middle and high school Special Education in Colorado for several years, she moved on to teaching English in a charter network. After moving to New Haven for her husband to study at Yale Divinity School, Norma joined CMHC with the intention of using her time and energy to serve the New Haven community. Norma is a 2017 MBA candidate at the Yale School of Management and also volunteers with New Haven Reads as a tutor for students with special needs and an SAT instructor for high school students.
