50 Under 50: mini-grants

We have funds – apply today!

In honor of CMHC’s 50th anniversary, an anonymous gift was made to the CMHC Foundation to fund a series of mini-grants to improve the quality of care in outpatient services at CMHC.  We are grateful to be able to continue these mini-grants and welcome all ideas.

About the Application Process

Who can apply?

Any staff, faculty, or trainee working at CMHC, may submit one or more applications. Limit one award per funding year.

When are applications due?

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis.

How do I submit my application?

Please submit all applications by email to Kyle Pedersen at kyle.pedersen@yale.edu.  If you are not able to submit your application by email, please contact Khalilah Boyke to make alternate arrangements (203-974-7073 or khalilah.boyke@ct.gov).

When are grant awards announced?

Awards are made on a rolling basis at least once a month.

If my application is not funded, may I apply again?

Yes. An applicant may submit as one or more applications. Limit one award per funding year.

How will the award be distributed?

The CMHC Foundation will work directly with the awarded applicant to arrange for the purchase of the goods or services requested.  No funds will be paid directly to the applicant.
