In 2026, the Connecticut Mental Health Center celebrates 60 years of bringing people and partners together in the community to advance clinical care, research, and education. Join us for special events honoring CMHC’s history, impact, and future.
CMHC 60th Anniversary Celebration

Join us as we celebrate 60 years of impact, innovation, and partnership. The evening will feature a seated anniversary program with remarks and special presentations recognizing CMHC’s unique legacy of service, research, education, and community partnership.
Following the program, guests are invited to enjoy a reception with food, live music, and opportunities to connect with colleagues, partners, and friends of CMHC.
Admission is $60 per person and includes one complimentary alcoholic beverage and unlimited soft drinks. A cash bar will also be available.

This special anniversary Grand Rounds will look toward CMHC’s future, highlighting innovative work across the four elements of our mission: community, clinical care, research, and education.
The program will feature presentations by Emma Lo, MD; Oluwole Jegede, MD, PhD, MPH; Laura Yoviene Sykes, PhD; and Joao P. De Aquino, MD, followed by remarks from discussant Richard Schottenfeld, MD and Q&A.
Free and open to the public.
