Robert Cole, MHSA

Robert Cole, MHSA, has served as the senior administrator and Chief Operating Officer of CMHC since 1988. He also holds a Lecturer appointment in the Yale Department of Psychiatry. He is a founding board member of the CMHC Foundation, having worked with CMHC Advisory Board members and the Yale Law School Non-Profit Organizations Clinic to incorporate as a 501(c)(3) charitable entity. Throughout his career, he has served on a number of governing boards of private non-profit organizations. His specific areas of accomplishment and expertise are complex organizational issues and challenges, project management, community relations, public sector healthcare finance and public-private collaborations. He is widely recognized and sought after for his innovative, creative and collaborative approach to strategic planning, leadership and management.
